The industry self regulates with it’s labels which are similar to the movie ratings. However, California passed a law making it a crime to sell violent video games to minors. What do you think about this? How do you think the court should rule?
In a lively and sometimes testy Supreme Court argument on Tuesday over a law banning the sale of violent video games to minors, the justices struggled to define how the First Amendment should apply to a new medium.
