One of the recent trends I find puzzling is the fascination with farming in online video games. I understand most folks spend a few minutes with farm games a day and are quite normal. However, the real question I have is why farming? Having worked on a farm, I can’t really say it was something I would do for recreation. Why do you think farming is so popular with gamers right now? How much time is a reasonable amount to play these games?
On average, the users of these types of games are spending anywhere from a few minutes a game to the greater part of an hour. Indeed, one individual who CNET spoke with said that it’s all she does between waking up and going to bed–and that’s every every day of the week.
